Round-the-Clock Monitoring, Help Desk, and Management: Digitel Wireless notifies clients of any outages or issues affecting service - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.
Troubleshooting and Problem Management Digitel Wireless engineers will isolate problems and work with third party vendors within defined limits to resolve problems.
Monitoring of Dedicated Circuits: Digitel Wireless monitors and reports any problems with dedicated circuit interfaces on routers.
Direct Contact: Digitel Wireless will be in direct contact with the circuit provider and work directly to resolve any problems.
Bandwidth Statistical Tools: Digitel provides statistics on bandwidth utilization.
